Month of Coordination
Need help with the finishing touches, then this package is for you. This package includes a Lead Coordinator working with the couple for the month of the wedding. The planner will take over all communication with vendors, finalize set-up and break-down, and primary contact for all vendors. We will also attend a walk through, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Our team will assist with building the wedding timeline, inventory tracker and all other logistics for the day. The day of the wedding a Lead Planner and Assistant will be on site for event management.
Partial Planning
Need assistance with securing a few vendors for your wedding, then this package is for you. This package includes our team recommending vendors, attending meetings for vendors we recommend, attending a walk through, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Our team will assist with building the wedding timeline, inventory tracker and all other logistics for the day. The day of the wedding a Lead Planner and Assistant will be on site for event management
Full Planning
